Navigating the generative AI and Cybersecurity journey: from perils to profits
Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) is taking root across Canadian organizations, with early adopters already seeing meaningful business results, including improved customer satisfaction and streamlined operations.

Bell partnered with Maru Research to explore how businesses across Canada are adopting GenAI, managing risks, and achieving results. Our survey, conducted from September 3 to September 13, 2024, gathered insights from over 600 business leaders and IT/security professionals across various industries.
