Bell On-Demand Network puts businesses in control of connectivity

MONTREAL, September 9, 2026 – Bell announced today the launch of Bell On-Demand Network, a new digital platform that gives business customers unprecedented control, visibility and flexibility over their network services. Through a single self-serve platform, customers can now autonomously order, activate, manage and scale connectivity, helping them respond more quickly to changing business needs
Built on Bell's fibre network and powered by Cisco infrastructure, Bell On-Demand Network combines the strength and reliability of Bell's network with a modern digital experience designed to grow alongside customers' evolving business and technology needs. The platform's initial offering, On-Demand Internet, is available in Ontario and Québec wherever fibre has been deployed, with additional networking, security, cloud connectivity, and automation capabilities planned over time.
Bell On-Demand Network is Canada’s first Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform aligned with the seven fundamental NaaS customer experience attributes identified by Mplify, the global alliance shaping the interoperable ecosystem for NaaS for AI and AI-ready digital infrastructure. By delivering on these seven attributes - on-demand, observable, manageable, programmable, secure, modular and flexible - Bell On-Demand Network gives customers greater visibility, control and agility over their connectivity. This milestone advances Bell’s strategic priorities to deliver the best networks, lead in enterprise through innovative technology solutions, and put customers first with a more modern, responsive customer experience.
