Bell, FXi and ServiceNow attended the ALL IN 2024 conference on September 12. This proved to be a successful event with over 3,000 AI enthusiasts from Canada and across the globe in attendance.

In a panel discussion, Bell VP Célia Lamarche and FX Innovation President Lukas Lhotsky highlighted the ways that Bell is accelerating service innovation with AI. Here are just a few examples:

      • Bell has been at the forefront of AI for a number of years with technology like our AI-powered Virtual repair tool.
      • Our Apollo chatbot leverages AI technologies developed by Meta and Google to deliver real-time support to field technicians.
      • We’re embracing an ‘inside-outside’ approach to our digital transformation – what we are doing for ourselves, we also offer to our customers.
      • Our recent partnership with ServiceNow enables us to accelerate and increase the scale of these solutions.
