MONTRÉAL, July 31, 2025 — Bell Canada today announced a preferred partnership with Buzz HPC, a leading Canadian provider of high-performance computing solutions, to further build out the Bell AI Fabric ecosystem with cutting-edge sovereign AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA GPUs.

Buzz HPC will provide government and enterprise customers with access to cutting edge Blackwell GPUs, as well as the design and implementation expertise to configure them for advanced workloads, including large scale training models. Together, Bell and Buzz HPC will offer high-powered, sovereign AI compute for Canadian organizations that want to deploy advanced workloads or train AI models, with Buzz strengthening the AI infrastructure layer of the Bell AI Fabric ecosystem.

Bell is also extending the reach of Bell AI Fabric with upcoming facilities in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Quebec. Bell AI Fabric with Buzz HPC will be online later this year with 5MW in Winnipeg, followed by Merritt, BC, designed for customers who are looking for quick deployments.

Bell AI Fabric is comprised of four layers: hardware infrastructure, now capable of processing advanced AI workloads through Canada’s largest sovereign AI data centres on the largest fibre network; software infrastructure including Cohere’s Large Language Models (LLMs) customized for Bell, machine learning and cloud software; advisory, tech and professional services led by Ateko, Bell’s tech services brand, offering cloud and workforce automation for enterprise; and a layer for consumer and business AI applications. All four layers are underpinned by leading cybersecurity protections combining physical security, network security, and operational resilience.
