“Our goal was to have unlimited reach, available at all times,” says Jean-Paul Raymond, Sales Director at Fortin. “We needed a reliable partner with the best coast-to-coast coverage, and Bell met our expectations. And since we also sell in the United States, we knew that Bell could also offer us solutions for that market.”
Bell’s unlimited reach is complemented by reliable connectivity from its SIM cards and its Control Centre, a cloud-based platform that allows Fortin to monitor and manage devices in real time from a central location.
EVO: a range of innovative solutions
Working together, Fortin and Bell have leveraged their respective expertise to develop the EVO family of smart solutions, which are as user-friendly as they are intuitive. The engineers and programmers at Fortin have benefited from the Bell team’s knowledge of connectivity to integrate technologies and drive the design and success of the EVO range.
“Bell’s technical support was essential to the smooth running of each project. The speed and efficiency of their interventions made all the difference. They were there at the right time and solved problems quickly. It went like a charm,” says Mr. Raymond.
Today, the EVO-START mobile remote-control system offers global mobile network coverage throughout North America. It allows users to remotely start their vehicle via their smartphone and add a host of features, including security system control, GPS tracking, vehicle traceability, multi-user sharing and battery status display. The EVO-TRACK vehicle tracking system in real time and the EVO-CUT anti-theft system complete the product line.
“As Sales Director, my concern is to offer our customers flawless products that work perfectly,” says Mr. Raymond. “That’s the assurance we have working with Bell. The positive feedback from our customers is our greatest reward.”
