Your dedicated account team has a wealth of industry and Bell knowledge and is available for all your SuperNet and Bell service needs.

Ernesto Araoz holds an Engineering degree in Computer Sciences and a master’s degree in Telecommunications, with more than 27 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sector. Over the course of two decades at Bell, he has held progressively senior roles in Technical Sales, Product Development, and Sales Management. In his current role as Regional Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for overseeing business development and client engagement across Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Andrew Compton is the SuperNet Contract Manager, bringing over 35 years of telecommunications experience, including 24 years at Bell Canada, supporting sales teams and customers in developing and implementing comprehensive solutions. His current focus is Managing the SuperNet Contract in partnership with the Government of Alberta.

Bill Severs is a Client Executive in Bell Business Markets with 48 years of experience in communications/IT technology. Bill manages Bell's relationships with the Government of Alberta, where he’s known for his ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships. In addition to having responsibility for the Government of Alberta Account, Bill is the primary point of contact for a host of Public Sector Clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Bill’s expertise includes sales and leadership roles at TELUS, Allstream, NAIT, Axia, and Bell. He holds a Business Administration Diploma and certifications in project management and logistics.  

Gladymir Carrie is SuperNet Service Manager. He has overseen telecommunications Service Assurance and operations for 25 years. He brings attention to detail, a commitment to thoroughness and a strong focus on customer service to the Bell Network Operations team. As the Senior Manager of the Network Management team at Bell he is accountable for the surveillance and monitoring of the SuperNet network and services.

Tania O'Connor is a results-oriented Client Executive at Bell Canada, managing a large portfolio and building trusted client relationships within Alberta's government and education sectors. She is known for strong communication skills and delivering meaningful outcomes. Outside of work, Tania enjoys outdoor adventures. Tania’s current focus is supporting the Education sector (Red Deer South).

Dwayne Wardrop is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience serving Enterprise Public Sector clients in Western Canada. He is known for driving strategic results, leading successful account teams, and building consortium relationships to deliver comprehensive solutions. He excels in managing change, resolving critical problems, and prioritizing customer experience. Dwayne’s current focus is Alberta Healthcare, libraries, and large post-secondary institutions.

Nadia Gallace is a results-driven telecommunications professional with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in delivering customized solutions to the public sector, focusing on operational efficiency and long-term value. Nadia is known for building trusted relationships, identifying innovation opportunities, and providing comprehensive client support, making her a strategic partner, Nadia’s current Focus is supporting the Education Sector (Red Deer North)

Phaedra Harris is an integral part of the team, serving as the SuperNet Account Manager with 24 years of experience at Bell. She provides essential daily support to both SuperNet customers and Bell Client Executive’s. Her comprehensive understanding of Bell's systems, gained through various roles, makes her a trusted advisor and key resource for navigating customer needs.
